1. Q: How many tickets do I need for a party of 2 or more? A: 1 ticket per person is required regardless of your party size for adults 16 or older.
2. Q: Will I receive more information about who's participating, where to get my gift bag, where to park, etc.?A: YES! We will be sending out information via email and on social media (follow @krysset_shop for info) right up to the day of so you'll have everything at your fingertips including a list of vendors and a map!
3. Q: Are my tickets refundable? A: Yes. Please email info@krysset.shop up to 24 hours before the event for a refund.
4. Q: What happens if I need to change the date I'm attending? A: No problem! Please email info@krysset.shop and we'll make the change for you.
