My passion of chocolate making all started in 2010. As a craft to entertain my children over the holiday break, I bought a chocolate lollipop making kit at the local arts & craft store. Maybe it was too hard for my young ones or their attention span was too short but, "Mommy" stayed in the kitchen and made lollipops till the wee hours of the morning. In January of 2010 I opened my online shop and soon there after had space to sell in a local Italian Market here in my town, Medford NJ. Being a chocolatier is so much fun and being an owner of something I created from the ground up has been a dream. I put my heart into every piece I craft.
