All the products curated for our gift boxes are hand selected from small businesses, makers, and designers in the United States, US Territories, and Canada.
Where are your products made?
All the products are made in the United States, US Territories, and Canada for or by the small businesses, makers and designers they are sourced from. We specifically check that no products are made outside the United States, US Territories, and Canada. However, some components of the final products may have been sourced outside the United States, US Territories, and Canada. For example, beads on a beaded necklace fabricated in the United States, US Territories, or Canada may have originated in the Czech Republic or wooden matches packaged and labeled in the United States, US Territories, and Canada may have originated from India.
Are all your products handmade?
No, not all of our products are handmade... but many of them are! We believe in sourcing from small businesses, makers and designer in the United States, US Territories, and Canada that create handmade, small batch and/or limited quantity productions. These products are rarely, if ever, mass produced. Which means higher quality, super special products you won't find on Amazon and the like!
Do you accept returns or exchanges on gift boxes?
We are 100% committed to your happiness! If you are not satisfied with your gift box, we will happily issue you a refund (minus return shipping costs) within 21 days of your purchase date. Please note, all items must be uneaten, unworn, and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. Email email@example.com and we'll get your return or exchange started right away.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on individual items in the gift boxes?
No, we will not accept a return or exchange on an individual item(s) within a gift box. If an item has been damaged or spoiled during shipping, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll replace it (if possible) or issue a refund ASAP.

Do you create custom gift box selections for corporate gifts, bridal parties, home closings, etc?
Yes! Absolutely! We'd be so happy to work with you and accommodate your specific needs. We require a minimum quantity of 8 Custom Selection Boxes per style. Selection and fulfillment takes a minimum of 3 weeks and up to 7 weeks, depending on product availability. Can I return or exchange a Custom Selection Box?
Due to the high touch and individual nature of Custom Selection Boxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these specific gift boxes. Custom Selection Boxes are pre-approved by the customer so you'll have a chance ahead of ordering to make sure everything in the box is to your liking! (Please note, this return policy only applies to our CUSTOM SELECTION BOXES - you may return or exchange our regular gift boxes (see above))
When will my order ship?
Once purchased on the website, your order will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase and be notified via email when your item ships.Please contact us at email@example.com if you need an item delivered by a specific date. We're happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.

How long does shipping take?
After arriving at the carrier, items typically arrive at their destination within 5-8 days using standard shipping. Expedited shipments typically arrive within 2-3 days post carrier receipt. You may receive shipping updates via the tracking number received in your email after purchase.
