One of the first questions people often ask is, “Where did the name Ellikin come from?” When the business was founded, the goal was to choose a name that felt special and one-of-a-kind. After playing around with different ideas, the founder landed on something meaningful: combining the last few letters of her maiden name, Minielli, with her married name, Hawkins — and just like that, Ellikin was born.
