Our dried watermelon dehydrates for 20 hours and is conditioned for 7-10 days for shelf stability. Dried watermelon holds a concentrated flavor and it blends so well with the orange, lime and mint. The Watermelon Martini makes 3-4oz Martini’s straight up or you can add a juice mixer or soda water to make a simple cocktail. This is a Vodka/Gin cocktail.
